We were very excited to get started on another great project last week in Balcones Park. Transforming a dated 1950’s ranch style home can be a challenge, but thanks to the project architect Chris Allen at Some Assembly Required, this family’s home is about to receive a major overhaul. A large front porch is going to dramatically increase it’s curb appeal, a new master suite is going to give them more room to grow, and a complete renovation of the interior will bring it up to speed. Energy efficient windows and doors are just one of the ways we are going to make this home a little bit greener.
