In Austin’s Bull Creek district, this charming home needed to grow to accommodate a growing family. To add much needed square footage, Chris Allen at Some Assembly Required drafted plans to enclose the existing garage – add a detached one on the side of the house, and build a large screened-in porch in the rear.
The RisherMartin team took great care to ensure every aspect of the project was right, no detail overlooked – utilizing the same paint and trim color palette, we were able to blend the new with the old. The result – a larger home with all the charm of the existing neighborhood and a very happy family.
