    With a Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin and early experience with two of the nation’s largest homebuilders, Chris brings financial discipline, construction experience and a craftsman’s eye to the building process. He is engaged throughout pre-construction, from early client conversations and design-team coordination to scope definition, budgeting, specifications and contract alignment. His work helps create the clarity needed before construction begins, grounding each project in careful planning, clear communication and a hands-on respect for craft.

    Principal
    A third-generation builder and engineering graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Jeremy brings structure, precision and systems thinking to complex residential construction. Over more than two decades in homebuilding, he has helped shape Risher Martin’s organized, fixed-price approach to building highly detailed custom homes and renovations. He is closely engaged with clients and project teams throughout construction, aligning design intent, field execution and communication to keep each project moving forward with clarity, accountability and fewer surprises.
