Good news about the state of the Austin remodeling market continues to roll in. Hanley Wood, one of the large construction focused media firms in the U.S., has named the Top 25 counties for remodeling potential in 2011. They scanned 3,000+ U.S. counties for factors such as home prices, the number of households, how many remodeling projects were completed in 2010, age of homes, and the likelihood of remodeling activity based on types of consumers living in the area. Williamson and Travis Counties are holding down the #14 and #15 slots respectively.
