Check out RisherMartin Fine Home’s before and after photos of our Balcones Park remodeling project. Although we have a long way to go, you can see the dramatic change to the front elevation. The customer’s desire for some street appeal is definitely beginning to materialize. The new front porch is complete, an additional gable over the garage was added, the new paint job turned out great, and a beautiful new roof that does not leak is protecting all of our hard work inside. The view will be complete after we install a dramatic wood garage door and repair the landscaping. Check out our previous blog posts to see the transformation that has been taking place.
City of Austin mechanical and frame inspections are next; we are hoping to insulate and sheetrock within the next week!
