A Little History in Rosedale

4524 Burnet Road was purchased from builder Ralph Watts in 1941, C.E. “Scoot” Pearson and his wife Hilda Mae made this house home for nearly 70 years.  Scoot operated the Conoco station just a few doors down, in what is now The Upper Crust Bakery.

RisherMartin Fine Homes purchased the property in 2011 from Hilda Mae and quickly began the process of restoring the original beauty of the home.  This photo, of then newly developed Rosedale, was taken just a few blocks away from where our headquarters stand today.  With the restoration of this home, it is our hope that we can pay homage to the past and continue the legacy of building fine homes that will last for generations.
