Jeremy is currently Chairman of the Austin Area Remodelers Council and sits on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Austin’s National Association of the Remodeling Industry and is a past Board Member of the Real Estate Council of Austin. It is woven into the fabric of our company to be in the forefront of our endeavors.
We believe in teamwork and some of our most successful projects are the result of close collaboration with talented local architects. To better serve our clients and the architectural community, we have become Allied members of the American Institute of Architects.
Our clients often ask us to help them locate a lot or identify infill property to renovate. To this end, we maintain an active Realtor license. We combine our construction expertise with local market knowledge to assist clients in locating and purchasing homes and lots. In addition to being members of the Austin Board of Realtors, we are, also, affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Working on older homes requires an extra level of caution. RisherMartin was one of the very first renovators in Austin to be certified as an EPA approved Lead-Safe Certified Firm. Our on-staff Lead-Safe Renovator assures safety in the renovation of these older residences.
