One of the design goals for this project was to trick the eye.  Wash this a renovation or a completely new home? We worked hard to include the details of a home that would have been here for decades.

When building energy efficient, durable homes with excellent indoor air quality, the shell of the home is one of the most critical features. Note the Tyvek housewrap, Artisan siding from James Hardie, and the high performance Pella windows.

With the home taking shape, it is important to ensure everything is square, plumb and level. Great care must be taken to ensure the frame and mechanical systems are correct, otherwise these deficiencies will rear their ugly head later.

With the old home removed, we installed an engineered post-tension foundation to support the new home for decades to come. We took great care to save and protect existing trees on the site.
